Our Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that a booking has to be cancelled, we will apply the following policy:

  1. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances unless you are legally unable to stay with us such as through travel restrictions or enforced closure by local or national government. If this is the case you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to move your booking to an alternative date within six months.
  2. If you need to cancel your booking please give as much notice as possible.
    1. Bookings cancelled fewer than 6 weeks before arrival will be liable to a charge of 50% of the outstanding accommodation cost and the deposit.
    2. Bookings cancelled with less than 4 weeks’ notice, during the stay or failure to arrive, will be liable for the full cost of the booking including any extras booked prior to arrival.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen issues which may result in financial losses.
